When You Re-List Your North Shore Home For Sale You Should Have The Right To Cancel Your Contract At Anytime

Dear North Shore Home Owner,

Now that your home didn’t sell, you might be thinking of how the whole process could have gone differently (besides the obvious of your home should have sold).   You probably knew after just a matter of weeks that the agent was living up to his promises.

After all where was all of that advertising he promised to deliver?  He said he would send you copies of the ads but they never came.  He promised to do open houses, “every weekend until it sells if that’s what it took” but the only open house you remember him hosting was when you were out of town.

Every single home I list comes with my Easy Exit Listing agreement and it allows you to cancel your listing

Even though you knew your agent was doing their job, when you reviewed your listing contract you realized that you couldn’t cancel it without penalty!   Your agent might have said “sure you can cancel anytime” but there wasn’t anything in writing that made mention of it.

You could have prevented the months of pain of watching your agent do absolutely nothing if you just had the right to fire them!  That’s right, I said FIRE, your agent when they aren’t doing their job.  In order to be able to tell them to pick up their sign and leave though, you need to get it in writing.

When You Decide To List Your Home, Get A Right To Cancel In Writing

Many of the tips and techniques I share on my website are to help you get your North Shore home sold quickly and avoid the pain of just “listing” your home.  I do realize that even with all of the helpful information you are getting that at some point it may just seem overwhelming and you would want to list your home with me.

Of course, I would be happy to list your home and I have to share something with you that I honestly believe should be in every contract.  I call it the Easy Exit Listing Agreement.

Every single home I list comes with my Easy Exit Listing agreement and it allows you to cancel your listing with 24 hours notice – “no questions asked”.  This isn’t something I tell you, this is something I put in writing and I sign it, right in front of you.

Whether you decide to list your home with me or not, I invite you to consider having a way out of your listing contract and make sure it’s always in writing.

I would be happy to share with you a copy of this guarantee when you take less than 30 seconds to fill out the form below.
