When You Really Want Your Home To Get SOLD Right Now, Today, Without Giving It Away, Then This May Be The Most Page You Ever Read

Dear North Shore Homeowner,

By the time you have gotten to this page, you are probably sick and tired of getting “advice” on why your home didn’t sell.  Most homeowners whose homes do not sell (referred to as “expired” in real estate) can get anywhere from 50-100+ calls a day with agents telling them how they will be different and get your home sold.

Unfortunately in those 50-100+ phone calls you are likely receiving you are hearing the same set of suggestions of why your home didn’t sell:

  • Your price was too high

  • You didn’t have enough pictures in the MLS

  • It wasn’t easy to show

Wow!  They must have spent an incredible amount of thought to come up with those suggestions.  Honestly if those were the only challenges, then you could just list your home for a $1, take 100 pictures yourself, and leave the door wide open, surely your home would sell then…right?

Surely, but you know your home is worth much more than $1! And if all of these agents are calling now, why didn’t they bring a buyer to your home in the first place?

  • Good question.

  • It's a fair question.

  • Unfortunately, the answer isn't all that simple.

You know, deep down, that a lot more cold have been done…

Unfortunately you have experienced the harsh realities that there is much more to marketing a home in North Shore than sticking a sign in the ground, having an ad in the newspaper, and putting it in the Multiple Listing Service.

In order to successfully sell your home once, it must be sold twice.

Sadly, for the majority of real estate agents they really only know how to do the above, which is why they just keep suggesting for you to lower the price.

The truth of the matter is most real estate agents are very well educated in the rigors and fundamentals of 'real estate' but are totally ignorant when it comes to marketing.  And marketing is what gets a home sold.
Marketing is what will get your home sold for the most money, in the quickest amount of time, and with the least amount of hassle.

For instance, one of the most basic marketing truths (which most agents don't even realize) is:

In Order To Sell A Home Once, You Have To Sell It Twice!

Chances are, the reason your home didn't sell during the initial listing period is due to a violation of this one marketing principle.

Let me ask you, "How many agents actually toured and inspected your home while it was listed?"

You see, a home will sell only if sufficient real estate agents inspect your home and add it to their inventories, that is, the inventory of homes which they plan to promote to their buyers.

Agents don't show homes they haven't inspected, and they don't sell homes they don't show.
You absolutely must have a large number of agents come through your home on inspection tours before you can expect it to sell.

And, quite frankly, the reason I did not show your home so far is because no one...sold...your home...to me.
Make sense?  In order to successfully sell your home once, it must be sold twice.  First to the real estate salespeople (preferably the top producing agents) and second, they will then sell your home to their buyers.

I would be happy to share with you how you can get top dollar for your home and avoid ever going through your home being “expired” again.  I invite you to take just 30 seconds to fill out the form below and I will e-mail over the information.
